Among many other attractions, the Ozaukee County Fair offers everything from deep-fried cheese curd to the annual Strawberry Festival and a variety of food trucks. The Strawberry Festival is an annual event with live music, food, crafts and entertainment by local artists.

Secure a seat at a Brewers baseball game or attend Milwaukee's annual music festival, which draws thousands of people from across the U.S., Canada and Europe. If you love art, you should visit the Plein Air Painting Competition, where artists from across the Midwest show off their talents at the Cedar Rapids Convention Center from 7 to 9 p.m. each year. On Tuesdays, try Silver Creek Brewing Company in Cedarburg, offer discounted admission, watch a movie at Rivoli's, or host a variety of special events during the fall months, including the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremonies and Iowa State Fair.

For wine drinkers, Ernie's Wine Bar is a few blocks down town, and August Weber House serves wine and fondue dinners every night from 6 to 10 p.m.

At Cedarburg Mill on Columbia Avenue, you'll find a selection of craft Wisconsin brews brewed by local breweries such as Blue Moon Brewing Company and Green Bay Brewing Co. Besides the usual beverages and beers, the pub also serves many homemade soups prepared by owner Tim Ryan. In the classic mid-century restaurant in the Cedar Creek community, Tomaso's Pizzeria serves a wide selection of local and handmade Wisconsin beers, as well as local famous cakes. Sal's, located on the corner of Columbia and Cedar in the Old Town, also serves pizza to taste.

If you are looking for history, the bar is located in the Old Town, which is listed as a settlement from 1825 with a history of more than 100 years.

Many more are located along Washington Avenue, including a variety of restaurants, bars, shops and a number of bars and restaurants in the Old Town. Variety shops offer a wide range of food and drinks, as well as clothing and accessories. Some are popular, such as the Biltmore Hotel, a popular restaurant and bar in downtown Cedarburg.

The Anvil is a new restaurant that opened in a former blacksmith's shop and serves a variety of dishes and Wisconsin - brewed beer. The easiest route from Milwaukee, Madison or Chicago is I-43, but you can also take HWY 45 to get to Cedarburg. Anyone arriving in Music City without a music connection will not be wearing a flannel. Cedarberg can be reached by calling the Share-a-Ride Taxi in Ozaukee County and picking up on Pioneer Rd.

If you prefer the hustle and bustle of the big city, Milwaukee is a quick 30-minute drive away and offers a wide selection of restaurants, bars, restaurants and wine bars with designated drivers.
